The JM500 is our new textile automatic recycling line , especially designed for automatic transport and speed control system . recycle kinds of textile wastage such as hard waste , cotton ,wool, polyester, nylon, acrylic , fabric clips ,knitting and hosiery and weaving . full closed designed and strong condenser with chute feeding system keep cleaning of the working shop , high automatic level reduce labor cost . speed control system and zipper button removing function enable to get long fiber for O/E spinning needle punching ,stuffing and any other purpose .
The project consist of cutting machine strong aluminum spiked bar beater opener and wires model cleaning and recycling machinery .
Cutting machine will cut off the fabric get small pieces (clips) enable to recycling .
Strong pin beater loosen and cleaning the fabric reject the iron plastic stone hard impurities in cause of centrifugal force .
Wires cylinder cleaning combing the fiber slowly and softly , the wires in difference angle and tooth per inch enable to obtain long fiber.
The baling press will packing the fiber get the bales enable to store and transport .
The control system will control the machinery start up and turn off .
The dust collecting box will collecting the mote and dust come from the each condenser of this unit . keep cleaning of working area .
